Il devient rapidement responsable d\u2019agence, puis directeur de la BU contact center de 2006 \u00e0 2012, p\u00e9riode charni\u00e8re o\u00f9 Prosodie va op\u00e9rer une mutation fondamentale\u202f: passer des simples num\u00e9ros et serveurs vocaux \u00e0 une v\u00e9ritable solution de centre d\u2019appel. Au c\u0153ur de cette transformation, deux jalons d\u00e9cisifs\u202f: la naissance artisanale du CST Bandeau, anc\u00eatre direct d\u2019Odigo, et un appel d\u2019offres majeur qui va forcer le produit \u00e0 grandir \u00e0 toute vitesse. Derri\u00e8re cette histoire, une conviction qui traversera les d\u00e9cennies\u202f: l\u2019innovation la plus durable n\u2019est pas celle que l\u2019on planifie, c\u2019est celle que l\u2019on invente pour survivre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I. Une \u00e9poque de\u00a0transition\u202f:\u00a0des\u00a0serveurs\u00a0vocaux\u00a0aux premi\u00e8res solutions de distribution\u00a0d\u2019appels<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand Emeric arrive&nbsp;en&nbsp;janvier&nbsp;2001,&nbsp;Prosodie&nbsp;est encore&nbsp;profond\u00e9ment&nbsp;ancr\u00e9e&nbsp;dans son ADN&nbsp;historique&nbsp;de journal&nbsp;t\u00e9l\u00e9phon\u00e9\u202f: des&nbsp;serveurs&nbsp;vocaux&nbsp;diffusant du&nbsp;contenu&nbsp;informatif, des&nbsp;num\u00e9ros&nbsp;sp\u00e9ciaux,&nbsp;mais&nbsp;pas encore de&nbsp;v\u00e9ritable&nbsp;solution de&nbsp;centre&nbsp;d\u2019appel. Le choix&nbsp;strat\u00e9gique&nbsp;fondateur&nbsp;d\u2019Alain&nbsp;Bernard&nbsp;d\u2019opter&nbsp;pour le&nbsp;statut&nbsp;d\u2019op\u00e9rateur&nbsp;t\u00e9l\u00e9com&nbsp;ouvre&nbsp;pourtant&nbsp;la&nbsp;voie&nbsp;\u00e0 de&nbsp;nouvelles&nbsp;opportunit\u00e9s&nbsp;commerciales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est&nbsp;dans&nbsp;ce&nbsp;contexte&nbsp;qu\u2019\u00e9merge&nbsp;une&nbsp;premi\u00e8re&nbsp;commande&nbsp;atypique\u202f: les&nbsp;Assedic&nbsp;demandent&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;Prosodie&nbsp;de&nbsp;g\u00e9rer&nbsp;la distribution des&nbsp;appels&nbsp;vers&nbsp;leurs&nbsp;conseillers&nbsp;emploi.&nbsp;Ces&nbsp;derniers&nbsp;ne&nbsp;sont&nbsp;pas des agents de&nbsp;centre&nbsp;d\u2019appel&nbsp;professionnels.&nbsp;Ils&nbsp;r\u00e9pondent&nbsp;au&nbsp;t\u00e9l\u00e9phone&nbsp;seulement&nbsp;deux&nbsp;ou&nbsp;trois demi-journ\u00e9es&nbsp;par&nbsp;semaine,&nbsp;depuis&nbsp;leurs&nbsp;postes&nbsp;habituels&nbsp;dispers\u00e9s&nbsp;dans&nbsp;leurs&nbsp;agences. Il&nbsp;fallait&nbsp;donc&nbsp;inventer&nbsp;une&nbsp;solution capable de les&nbsp;atteindre&nbsp;individuellement&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;leur&nbsp;poste, sur un mode \u00ab\u202fplateau&nbsp;virtuel\u202f\u00bb \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9chelle&nbsp;nationale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u202fOn\u00a0savait\u00a0m\u00eame\u00a0pas trop\u00a0ce\u00a0qu\u2019on\u00a0faisait. Les\u00a0Assedic\u00a0avaient\u00a0demand\u00e9\u00a0d\u2019envoyer\u00a0les\u00a0appels\u00a0sur\u00a0plusieurs\u00a0centres\u00a0d\u2019appel\u00a0\u00e0 la\u00a0fois. Au tout d\u00e9but, on\u00a0n\u2019avait\u00a0aucun\u00a0produit\u00a0particulier.\u202f\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;r\u00e9ponse&nbsp;technique de&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9poque\u202f: Net Centrex, un ACD du&nbsp;march\u00e9,&nbsp;h\u00e9berg\u00e9&nbsp;par&nbsp;Prosodie&nbsp;mais&nbsp;\u00e9dit\u00e9&nbsp;par&nbsp;un tiers. Cette configuration&nbsp;g\u00e9n\u00e9rera&nbsp;rapidement&nbsp;des&nbsp;probl\u00e8mes&nbsp;de&nbsp;responsabilit\u00e9. La solution&nbsp;fonctionnera,&nbsp;mais&nbsp;avec&nbsp;suffisamment&nbsp;de frictions pour alimenter la&nbsp;r\u00e9flexion&nbsp;vers&nbsp;une&nbsp;alternative&nbsp;enti\u00e8rement&nbsp;ma\u00eetris\u00e9e&nbsp;en&nbsp;interne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INNOVATION N\u00b0\u202f1\u202f:\u00a0L\u2019ID\u00c9E DU PLATEAU VIRTUEL<\/strong>\u00a0Avant\u00a0m\u00eame\u00a0qu\u2019existe\u00a0le concept de \u00ab\u202fcentre\u00a0d\u2019appel\u00a0virtuel\u202f\u00bb,\u00a0Prosodie\u00a0en\u00a0construit\u00a0un pour\u00a0r\u00e9pondre\u00a0aux\u00a0Assedic. 5\u202f000 agents\u00a0distribu\u00e9s\u00a0sur tout le\u00a0territoire\u00a0national,\u00a0joignables\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0leur\u00a0poste\u00a0individuel. Ce\u00a0mod\u00e8le,\u00a0invent\u00e9\u00a0par\u00a0contrainte,\u00a0deviendra\u00a0un argument commercial\u00a0majeur.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>II. Le CST\u00a0Bandeau\u202f:\u00a0l\u2019invention\u00a0artisanale\u00a0qui\u00a0pr\u00e9c\u00e8de\u00a0tout<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En\u00a0parall\u00e8le\u00a0de Net Centrex,\u00a0Prosodie\u00a0dispose d\u2019un\u00a0outil\u00a0d\u00e9velopp\u00e9\u00a0en\u00a0interne\u202f:\u00a0le CST,\u00a0Contr\u00f4leur\u00a0de Service\u00a0T\u00e9l\u00e9phonique,\u00a0imagin\u00e9\u00a0par Dominique Stona. Cet\u00a0outil\u00a0permet\u00a0de\u00a0d\u00e9finir\u00a0des\u00a0horaires\u00a0et des\u00a0cl\u00e9s\u00a0de\u00a0routage,\u00a0d\u2019envoyer\u00a0tel\u00a0flux\u00a0t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique\u00a0vers\u00a0tel\u00a0site \u00e0\u00a0telle\u00a0heure, de fa\u00e7on beaucoup plus\u00a0informatique\u00a0et souple\u00a0que\u00a0ce\u00a0que\u00a0proposait\u00a0France\u00a0T\u00e9l\u00e9com\u00a0avec son Dino. Mais\u00a0ce\u00a0n\u2019est\u00a0pas\u00a0encore un\u00a0ACD\u202f:\u00a0c\u2019est\u00a0un\u00a0outil\u00a0de gestion de flux, pas de distribution\u00a0individuelle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u202fC\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0un\u00a0logiciel\u00a0super\u00a0sympa. Il\u00a0permettait\u00a0de\u00a0d\u00e9finir\u00a0des\u00a0horaires, des\u00a0cl\u00e9s\u00a0de\u00a0routage, de mani\u00e8re hyper\u00a0informatique\u00a0et hyper souple. Mais\u00a0c\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0pas un ACD,\u00a0c\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0un\u00a0outil\u00a0maison qui\u00a0envoie\u00a0des flux vers des sites.\u202f\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est\u00a0Bruno SIVARDIERE, account manager chez\u00a0Prosodie, qui\u00a0va\u00a0op\u00e9rer\u00a0la mutation\u00a0d\u00e9cisive. Le premier \u00e0\u00a0comprendre\u00a0que\u00a0l\u2019on\u00a0peut\u00a0utiliser\u00a0le CST pour des\u00a0entreprises\u00a0comme\u00a0les AGF,\u00a0en\u00a0y\u00a0ajoutant\u00a0des \u00ab\u202fbandeaux\u202f\u00bb\u202f:\u00a0ces\u00a0petites\u00a0fen\u00eatres\u00a0qui\u00a0s\u2019affichent\u00a0sur\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9cran\u00a0de\u00a0l\u2019agent\u00a0pour\u00a0lui\u00a0signaler un\u00a0appel\u00a0entrant. Dominique Stona\u00a0accepte\u00a0d\u2019enrichir\u00a0le CST de\u00a0cette\u00a0notion de gestion de bandeau.\u00a0Na\u00eet\u00a0ainsi\u00a0le CST\u00a0Bandeau\u202f:\u00a0un\u00a0centre\u00a0d\u2019appel\u00a0virtuel\u00a0artisanal, tr\u00e8s\u00a0en\u00a0de\u00e7\u00e0\u00a0des suites Genesis\u00a0ou\u00a0Net Centrex\u00a0en\u00a0termes\u00a0de richesse\u00a0fonctionnelle,\u00a0mais\u00a0d\u2019une\u00a0simplicit\u00e9\u00a0et d\u2019un prix\u00a0imbattables.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u202fLe CST Bandeau,\u00a0c\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0le premier\u00a0Odigo. Un\u00a0truc\u00a0artisanal, loin d\u2019\u00eatre parfait. Mais\u00a0\u00e7a\u00a0r\u00e9pondait\u00a0\u00e0 la\u00a0demande\u00a0simple, et\u00a0c\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0pas\u00a0cher\u00a0du tout,\u00a0assez\u00a0basiquement\u00a0fonctionnel\u00a0par rapport \u00e0\u00a0ce\u00a0que\u00a0proposaient\u00a0des suites trop complexes.\u202f\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le\u00a0d\u00e9ploiement\u00a0chez les AGF est\u00a0une\u00a0r\u00e9ussite\u00a0suffisante pour\u00a0convaincre\u00a0d\u2019autres\u00a0clients. Le CST Bandeau\u00a0commence\u00a0\u00e0 se\u00a0vendre. Il est temps de\u00a0lui\u00a0trouver\u00a0un nom.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INNOVATION N\u00b0\u202f2\u202f:&nbsp;LE BANDEAU COMME INTERFACE AGENT<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter&nbsp;un simple bandeau&nbsp;informatique&nbsp;sur le poste de travail de&nbsp;l\u2019agent&nbsp;change tout. Ce&nbsp;n\u2019est&nbsp;pas&nbsp;encore un ACD&nbsp;complet,&nbsp;mais&nbsp;c\u2019est&nbsp;la premi\u00e8re&nbsp;fois&nbsp;qu\u2019un&nbsp;outil&nbsp;interne&nbsp;permet&nbsp;de&nbsp;relier&nbsp;la&nbsp;t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie&nbsp;et&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9cran&nbsp;de&nbsp;l\u2019agent&nbsp;en&nbsp;temps&nbsp;r\u00e9el, sans infrastructure&nbsp;lourde. Une innovation de terrain, n\u00e9e&nbsp;d\u2019une&nbsp;conversation entre un account manager et un&nbsp;d\u00e9veloppeur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>III. Le brainstorming qui a\u00a0donn\u00e9\u00a0naissance au mot\u00a0Odigo<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Devenu\u00a0patron de la BU\u00a0en\u00a02006, Emeric lance\u00a0rapidement\u00a0un brainstorming\u00a0collectif\u00a0pour donner un nom \u00e0\u00a0ce\u00a0produit\u00a0qui ne\u00a0peut\u00a0pas\u00a0ind\u00e9finiment\u00a0s\u2019appeler\u00a0CST Bandeau. Toute la BU y\u00a0participe, sous\u00a0forme\u00a0de concours interne.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u202fMes \u00e9quipes\u00a0ont\u00a0\u00e9lu\u00a0un nom\u00a0en\u00a0premier\u202f:\u00a0Odigo. Quand\u00a0j\u2019ai\u00a0demand\u00e9\u00a0ce\u00a0que\u00a0\u00e7a\u00a0voulait\u00a0dire, on\u00a0m\u2019a\u00a0dit\u00a0que\u00a0\u00e7a\u00a0venait\u00a0du\u00a0grec,\u00a0que\u00a0\u00e7a\u00a0signifiait\u00a0\u00ab\u202fle\u00a0messager, le guide\u202f\u00bb.\u202f\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une&nbsp;inqui\u00e9tude&nbsp;surgit&nbsp;aussit\u00f4t\u202f: la&nbsp;ressemblance&nbsp;phon\u00e9tique&nbsp;avec Indigo, la marque de France&nbsp;T\u00e9l\u00e9com. Apr\u00e8s&nbsp;v\u00e9rification&nbsp;juridique, le&nbsp;risque&nbsp;de confusion est \u00e9cart\u00e9. Le CST Bandeau&nbsp;devient&nbsp;officiellement&nbsp;Odigo.&nbsp;M\u00eame&nbsp;produit, nouveau nom, nouvelle&nbsp;identit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est&nbsp;ainsi&nbsp;que&nbsp;na\u00eet, entre 2006 et 2009, la marque qui&nbsp;allait&nbsp;traverser les&nbsp;d\u00e9cennies.&nbsp;D\u2019abord&nbsp;humble&nbsp;outil&nbsp;artisanal&nbsp;d\u00e9velopp\u00e9&nbsp;pour un&nbsp;besoin&nbsp;tr\u00e8s&nbsp;sp\u00e9cifique,&nbsp;Odigo&nbsp;porte&nbsp;d\u00e9j\u00e0&nbsp;en&nbsp;germe&nbsp;une&nbsp;vision\u202f:&nbsp;une&nbsp;seule&nbsp;solution,&nbsp;ma\u00eetris\u00e9e&nbsp;de bout&nbsp;en&nbsp;bout, accessible&nbsp;depuis&nbsp;le poste de travail de&nbsp;chaque&nbsp;agent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INNOVATION N\u00b0\u202f3\u202f:&nbsp;LE NAMING COMME LEVIER STRAT\u00c9GIQUE<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donner un nom de marque \u00e0 un&nbsp;outil&nbsp;interne,&nbsp;c\u2019est&nbsp;le premier pas vers&nbsp;une&nbsp;logique&nbsp;produit. En&nbsp;baptisant&nbsp;le CST Bandeau \u00ab\u202fOdigo\u202f\u00bb, la BU&nbsp;cr\u00e9e&nbsp;les conditions&nbsp;d\u2019une&nbsp;identit\u00e9&nbsp;commerciale,&nbsp;d\u2019une&nbsp;histoire vendable aux clients, et&nbsp;d\u2019une&nbsp;promesse&nbsp;coh\u00e9rente. Ce passage du \u00ab\u202fprojet\u202f\u00bb au \u00ab\u202fproduit\u202f\u00bb est&nbsp;souvent&nbsp;sous-estim\u00e9&nbsp;dans&nbsp;l\u2019innovation\u202f:&nbsp;c\u2019est&nbsp;pourtant&nbsp;ce&nbsp;moment qui&nbsp;permet&nbsp;de scaler.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IV.\u00a0P\u00f4le\u00a0Emploi\u202f:\u00a0le grand\u00a0d\u00e9fi\u00a0qui\u00a0industrialise\u00a0Odigo<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vers 2009\u20132010, un&nbsp;appel&nbsp;d\u2019offres&nbsp;majeur&nbsp;arrive\u202f:&nbsp;P\u00f4le Emploi, n\u00e9 de la fusion des&nbsp;Assedic&nbsp;et de&nbsp;l\u2019ANPE,&nbsp;cherche&nbsp;une&nbsp;solution&nbsp;unifi\u00e9e&nbsp;pour&nbsp;g\u00e9rer&nbsp;ses&nbsp;flux&nbsp;d\u2019appels&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9chelle&nbsp;nationale.&nbsp;Prosodie&nbsp;envisage de&nbsp;r\u00e9pondre&nbsp;avec Genesis. Mais la rencontre avec Michel&nbsp;Brouant,&nbsp;l\u2019architecte&nbsp;de&nbsp;r\u00e9f\u00e9rence&nbsp;du DSI de&nbsp;P\u00f4le&nbsp;Emploi,&nbsp;va&nbsp;tout changer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u202fMichel Brouant nous a\u00a0dit\u202f: \u201cMoi,\u00a0ce\u00a0que\u00a0je\u00a0veux,\u00a0c\u2019est\u00a0une\u00a0seule\u00a0t\u00eate qui\u00a0porte\u00a0l\u2019h\u00e9bergement\u00a0mat\u00e9riel et\u00a0logiciel.\u201d Et\u00a0l\u00e0,\u00a0j\u2019ai\u00a0r\u00e9pondu\u202f: il me faut\u00a0Odigo.\u202f\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;promesse&nbsp;est&nbsp;audacieuse.&nbsp;Odigo&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;ce&nbsp;stade&nbsp;ne&nbsp;peut&nbsp;pas&nbsp;encore&nbsp;r\u00e9pondre&nbsp;au cahier des charges de&nbsp;P\u00f4le&nbsp;Emploi. Mais Emeric&nbsp;comprend&nbsp;que&nbsp;la vision de Michel Brouant&nbsp;dessine&nbsp;exactement&nbsp;l\u2019avenir&nbsp;de&nbsp;Prosodie\u202f: un&nbsp;prestataire&nbsp;unique,&nbsp;\u00e9diteur&nbsp;et&nbsp;h\u00e9bergeur, sans jeu de renvoi de&nbsp;responsabilit\u00e9s&nbsp;entre deux&nbsp;acteurs.&nbsp;Prosodie&nbsp;remporte&nbsp;l\u2019appel&nbsp;d\u2019offres&nbsp;avec&nbsp;Odigo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019ensuit&nbsp;une&nbsp;course&nbsp;effr\u00e9n\u00e9e\u202f: environ 10\u202f000&nbsp;jours&nbsp;de&nbsp;d\u00e9veloppement, soit pr\u00e8s de 30 \u00e0 35&nbsp;personnes&nbsp;travaill\u00e9es&nbsp;en&nbsp;parall\u00e8le&nbsp;sur&nbsp;un an.&nbsp;C\u2019est&nbsp;ce&nbsp;projet&nbsp;qui forge le premier&nbsp;vrai&nbsp;Odigo&nbsp;industriel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u202fOn a\u00a0d\u00e9velopp\u00e9\u00a0la solution\u00a0Odigo\u00a0pour\u00a0P\u00f4le\u00a0Emploi.
