C&rsquo;est une entreprise Fran\u00e7aise, d\u2019\u00e9dition de solutions, avec des valeurs que nous d\u00e9fendons et qui se refl\u00e8tent sur le terrain. Nous sommes ouverts, engag\u00e9s et humains, c\u2019\u00e9tait donc une \u00e9vidence pour nous de s\u2019assurer que nos collaborateurs se sentent bien chez Odigo. Le fait de nous lancer dans une premi\u00e8re certification Great Place to Work, nous a amen\u00e9 depuis \u00e0 mener une d\u00e9marche continue d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u2019avez-vous mis en \u0153uvre pour cela\u202f? Quels sont les leviers pour arriver \u00e0 ces r\u00e9sultats\u202f?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette optique, nous avons donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau interne d\u2019une trentaine d\u2019ambassadeurs r\u00e9partis sur chaque site et dans chaque \u00e9quipe, d\u00e9di\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement de la culture d\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019un plan d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue. Nos objectifs \u00e9taient de recueillir les retours de collaborateurs, de cr\u00e9er du lien, d\u2019encourager la convivialit\u00e9 et le fun mais aussi d\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser les pratiques manag\u00e9riales et de b\u00e2tir un programme d\u2019int\u00e9gration complet pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux entrants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels en sont les r\u00e9sultats\u202f?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui,\u202fOdigo\u202fest une Great Place\u202fto Work en Espagne et en Grande-Bretagne\u202fpour la premi\u00e8re fois et en France pour la seconde ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La participation globale \u00e0\u202fl\u2019enqu\u00eate\u202fTrust Index\u00a9\u202fpr\u00e9par\u00e9e par\u202fl\u2019Institut Great Place\u202fTo Work\u202f(GPTW),\u202forganisme ind\u00e9pendant et\u202facteur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e.\u202f87\u202f%\u202fdes employ\u00e9s d\u2019Odigo, tous pays confondus,\u202font pris le temps de\u202fr\u00e9pondre. 76% consid\u00e8rent Odigo comme un endroit o\u00f9 il fait bon travailler. 75% ont r\u00e9pondu positivement ou tr\u00e8s positivement \u00e0 toutes les questions et nous avons progress\u00e9 sur 4 des 5 piliers de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>En 2022, Odigo France \u00e9tait \u00e9galement laur\u00e9at du palmar\u00e8s Best Workplace France dans la cat\u00e9gorie des entreprises de 250 \u00e0 1 000 collaborateurs, soit le plus haut niveau de reconnaissance de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail d\u2019une entreprise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels sont les points forts d\u2019Odigo\u202fmis en avant par cette enqu\u00eate ?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les domaines pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9s par les collaborateurs\u202f: l\u2019int\u00e9gration, le cadre de travail, la convivialit\u00e9, l\u2019autonomie, la confiance et la flexibilit\u00e9.<em> <\/em>Depuis plus de trois ans, nous travaillons en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l\u2019ensemble de nos \u00e9quipes au d\u00e9veloppement et au maintien d\u2019une culture commune qui nous ressemble.
