Ils retrouvent \u00e9galement leur emploi pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent ou un poste similaire, avec une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quivalente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un entretien professionnel de \u00ab\u00a0parentalit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb est organis\u00e9 obligatoirement dans le mois suivant le retour du cong\u00e9. Cet entretien, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par un membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe RH, vise \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter l\u2019ensemble des dispositifs dont peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier le collaborateur, et \u00e0 s\u2019assurer que le retour de cong\u00e9 se passe dans les meilleures conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cong\u00e9 parental peut \u00eatre pris par le parent (m\u00e8re ou p\u00e8re) d\u00e8s 1 an d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9, \u00e0 compter de la fin du cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9\/adoption. Il peut \u00eatre \u00e0 temps plein ou \u00e0 temps partiel, d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e maximale d&rsquo;un an, pouvant \u00eatre prolong\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;au troisi\u00e8me anniversaire de l&rsquo;enfant. Pendant le cong\u00e9 parental, l&rsquo;entreprise maintient la couverture sant\u00e9 du salari\u00e9-parent et l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 continue d&rsquo;\u00eatre acquise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la fin du cong\u00e9, des am\u00e9nagements d&rsquo;horaires peuvent \u00eatre mis en place pour faciliter la reprise, avec un t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e9tendu si n\u00e9cessaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>Lorsque les enfants grandissent, Odigo propose plusieurs mesures pour aider les collaborateurs \u00e0 faire face aux impr\u00e9vus\u202f:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En cas de maladie d&rsquo;un enfant de moins de 4 ans, les collaborateurs avec au moins un an d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de 3 jours d&rsquo;absence r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e par an, sur pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;un certificat m\u00e9dical justifiant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de leur pr\u00e9sence.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour les familles monoparentales, le nombre de jours par enfant malade est augment\u00e9 \u00e0 5 jours.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En cas d&rsquo;hospitalisation d&rsquo;un enfant de moins de 18 ans, les salari\u00e9s ont droit \u00e0 4 jours r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s par an et par enfant, avec un maximum de 5 jours pour les familles monoparentales.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9es pour les parents ayant des enfants en situation de handicap, notamment des ch\u00e8ques CESU handicap (d&rsquo;une valeur de 120 euros), des am\u00e9nagements d&rsquo;horaires et la possibilit\u00e9 de recourir au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e9tendu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi, Odigo propose un temps partiel \u00e0 90% pendant les vacances scolaires, en ajoutant 23 jours non travaill\u00e9s aux jours de cong\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux, r\u00e9partis sur les vacances scolaires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des horaires flexibles sont accord\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode de rentr\u00e9e scolaire, et les collaborateurs sont sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer l\u2019organisation de r\u00e9unions de 9h30 \u00e0 17h30 afin de permettre aux parents de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs obligations parentales (entr\u00e9e et sortie d\u2019\u00e9cole par exemple).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odigo se montre sensible aux contraintes familiales et examine les demandes d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagements horaires et de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pour assurer un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie familiale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n                <\/div>\n\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/section>\n    ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trouver un bon \u00e9quilibre des temps de vie est souvent un d\u00e9fi majeur pour les salari\u00e9s parents.
