Cette am\u00e9lioration t\u00e9moigne de notre engagement renforc\u00e9 en faveur de la mixit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle. Elle nous encourage \u00e0 poursuivre et intensifier nos initiatives, en nous appuyant sur les accords sign\u00e9s avec nos partenaires sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Odigo, nous sommes convaincus que la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle sont des leviers essentiels pour la performance et l&rsquo;innovation.
