La parole \u00e0 <strong>Laurent Martin, head of product chez Odigo<\/strong>, qui nous en dit plus sur les nouveaut\u00e9s de la solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelques mots sur votre nomination en tant que leader en mati\u00e8re de satisfaction client dans le VSI de MArkess by Exaegis&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nomination ne fait que confirmer notre positionnement&nbsp;! En effet, Odigo est con\u00e7ue nativement pour accompagner les grandes organisations \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur relation client \u00e0 long terme. L\u2019humanit\u00e9, l\u2019engagement et l\u2019ouverture ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 notre fer de lance. Nous visons par exemple \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des conversations \u00e9motionnelles et personnalis\u00e9es non seulement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 client, mais \u00e9galement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 agent, en leur fournissant des outils proposant une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur renouvel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le mot UX a \u00e9t\u00e9 de plus en plus utilis\u00e9. Quelle d\u00e9finition en feriez-vous&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour optimiser la satisfaction client, il faut d\u2019abord maximiser la satisfaction agent. \u00c0 ce titre, Odigo s\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement concentr\u00e9 depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques ann\u00e9es sur les outils propos\u00e9s aux agents. Nous voulons \u00e9galement r\u00e9inventer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur pour la configuration d\u2019Odigo. Notre solution est aujourd\u2019hui accessible facilement \u00e0 des profils qui souhaitent de plus en plus se concentrer sur leur m\u00e9tier et non sur la complexit\u00e9 de la prise en main. Nous constatons que la satisfaction employ\u00e9e \u00e9volue tr\u00e8s favorablement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience propos\u00e9e aux utilisateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00e9quipes de designers interviennent depuis les phases de recherche jusque dans les phases de tests utilisateurs en situation r\u00e9elle. Ils impliquent nos clients tout au long de cette d\u00e9marche pour leur permettre de r\u00e9agir d\u00e8s les phases de prototypage. Les UX designers prendront encore plus de place dans la strat\u00e9gie de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vos actualit\u00e9s&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous vivons une grande dynamique marqu\u00e9e par 3 \u00e9v\u00e8nements majeurs&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u2019omnicanalit\u00e9&nbsp;: la relation client devient plus diversifi\u00e9e et les canaux sont multipli\u00e9s, Odigo offre une exp\u00e9rience plus approfondie qui rationalise la gestion omicanale dans un environnement \u00ab&nbsp;open&nbsp;\u00bb, par exemple en int\u00e9grant nativement des canaux externes&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019intelligence artificielle&nbsp;: nous ma\u00eetrisons d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis longtemps les technologies de compr\u00e9hension du langage naturel (NLU). Nous rendons l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 ces technologies \u00e0 des profils m\u00e9tiers, non experts&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la gestion de la donn\u00e9e&nbsp;dans un contexte tr\u00e8s en fournissant des solutions d\u2019analyse rapide pour d\u00e9tecter et am\u00e9liorer les performances au quotidien, ou dans un contexte de travail plus pouss\u00e9 de la donn\u00e9e pour d\u00e9tecter les am\u00e9liorations de fonds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels sont les enjeux qui persistent&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous n\u2019arr\u00eatons jamais de progresser. Nous travaillons notamment sur des interfaces plus dialogantes particuli\u00e8rement sur les phases complexes de configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 court terme, nous allons adresser la probl\u00e9matique du pilotage temps r\u00e9el via de nouvelles solutions. Sur le moyen terme, nous sommes en phase de prototypage d\u2019un studio de construction de parcours clients multicanal de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment s\u2019adapter \u00e0 toutes ces nouvelles versions am\u00e9liorations&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019apport de fonctionnalit\u00e9s nouvelles et innovantes est essentiel pour nos clients. Odigo se doit de proposer ces innovations mais \u00e9galement de proposer leur adoption rapide, simple, sans effort. Dans nos \u00e9quipes de designers des profils UX onboarding sont d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la garantie d\u2019une adoption rapide et simple pour chacune de nos innovations.
