Cette fois-ci en mati\u00e8re de satisfaction client sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais. C\u2019est ce que MARKESS by exaegis vient de d\u00e9voiler en m\u00eame temps que l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9sultats de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de son VSi (Vendor Score Index) 2020, son nouvel outil d\u2019analyse et de benchmark de la satisfaction des clients sur les solutions et les services d\u00e9livr\u00e9s par leurs fournisseurs num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser son sous-segment Customer Interaction Management (CIM), qui adresse sp\u00e9cifiquement l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client et regroupe \u00e0 la fois les CRM et les solutions de Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tudes ind\u00e9pendante a interrog\u00e9, en ligne, 87 cadres dirigeants d\u2019entreprise au cours du premier semestre 2020. Ces derniers d\u00e9pendent de diff\u00e9rentes directions, dont les ventes, le marketing, l\u2019innovation\/le digital, la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l\u2019informatique et, pour 50 % d\u2019entre eux, la relation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi eux, 19 clients d\u2019Odigo ont accept\u00e9 de fournir un retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et d\u2019\u00e9valuer la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, sa notori\u00e9t\u00e9 et la probabilit\u00e9 qu\u2019ils recommandent ses solutions aupr\u00e8s de leurs pairs. Leurs r\u00e9ponses ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9es \u00e0 celles des d\u00e9cideurs interrog\u00e9s en regard d\u2019autres solutions de gestion des interactions clients, dont celles de Genesys, Avaya, Nice inContact et Diabolocom, mais aussi d\u2019acteurs comme Pega, Zendesk, RingCentral ou encore Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : la solution cloud CCaaS d\u2019Odigo se voit r\u00e9compens\u00e9e \u00e0 de nombreux titres. Odigo a ainsi obtenu des r\u00e9compenses en mati\u00e8re d\u2019int\u00e9gration et d\u2019op\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9tendue des applications tierces et partenaires, de scalabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9volutivit\u00e9, mais aussi de qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019accompagnement, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou encore de portabilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es. Nous pouvons ainsi citer l\u2019exemple de ce directeur de la relation client dans le secteur des assurances qui qualifie Odigo d\u2019\u00ab agile, innovant \u00bb et souligne un \u00ab bon rapport qualit\u00e9\/prix \u00bb. Ou encore celui de ce directeur Marketing dans le secteur bancaire qui insiste, lui, sur les qualit\u00e9s de \u00ab r\u00e9activit\u00e9, adaptation \u00bb et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se montrer \u00ab \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des clients \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la r\u00e9compense qui est la plus ch\u00e8re \u00e0 nos yeux porte sur la satisfaction client, un indicateur que nous avons toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme absolument essentiel pour anticiper les actions \u00e0 mettre en place afin de continuer \u00e0 vous fournir le meilleur service possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si Odigo s\u2019est vu d\u00e9cerner ces troph\u00e9es, c\u2019est bien parce que vous, nos clients, vous dites en moyenne plus satisfaits de notre solution que de celles de nos comp\u00e9titeurs.
