Initialement une application autonome, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e par la suite \u00e0 Gmail et \u00e0 son interface. Il \u00e9tait ainsi possible de cr\u00e9er des chats avec le WebRTC et de r\u00e9aliser des appels vid\u00e9o d&rsquo;un simple clic sur un bouton du menu lat\u00e9ral, directement dans un onglet du navigateur. Les solutions WebRTC ne sont pas des applications autonomes. Elles offrent aux centres de contacts une flexibilit\u00e9 non n\u00e9gligeable et facilitent le travail des conseillers qui travaillent \u00e0 distance, car ces solutions s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent dans des applications existantes, comme les navigateurs Web ou les consoles CCaaS.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce qu&rsquo;aucune plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire, les temps de formation aux solutions WebRTC et \u00e0 leur int\u00e9gration sont consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, quel que soit le lieu de travail des conseillers, le WebRTC reste tr\u00e8s s\u00e9curis\u00e9. Il offre de la flexibilit\u00e9 et permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s \u00e0 la maintenance des syst\u00e8mes t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques actuels. Ces syst\u00e8mes exigent beaucoup de mat\u00e9riel, comme des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones sp\u00e9cifiques et des haut-parleurs dans les salles de conf\u00e9rence.
