Pour preuve : les ventes en ligne ont doubl\u00e9 entre 2014 et 2021 si l&rsquo;on en croit la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fevad.com\/bilan-du-e-commerce-en-france-en-2021-les-francais-ont-depense-129-milliards-deuros-sur-internet\/#:~:text=En%202021%2C%20les%20ventes%20en,une%20croissance%20%C3%A0%20deux%20chiffres.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">F\u00e9d\u00e9ration du e-commerce et de la vente \u00e0 distance<\/a>, passant de 57 milliards \u00e0 129 milliards d\u2019euros. De plus, la crise sanitaire de 2020-2021 a donn\u00e9 un coup d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur suppl\u00e9mentaire : 42 % des Fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9clarent avoir augment\u00e9 leurs achats en ligne suite aux mesures de distanciation selon l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bva-group.com\/news\/observatoire-services-clients-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Observatoire des services client<\/a>. Une des cons\u00e9quences de la part toujours plus importante que repr\u00e9sente le e-commerce est la multiplication des canaux digitaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-digitalisation-de-l-experience-client-renforcee\">Une digitalisation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client renforc\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est plus un secret pour personne : le digital occupe une place de plus en plus centrale dans le domaine de la relation client. Cela s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;une utilisation croissante de canaux tels que le chat, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, la <a href=\"https:\/\/odigo.com\/fr-fr\/produits\/omnicanalite\/messagerie-instantanee\/\">messagerie instantan\u00e9e<\/a>, ou les applications mobiles pour interagir avec les services client tout au long de leurs parcours. Selon l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bva-group.com\/news\/observatoire-services-clients-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Observatoire des services client<\/a>, 23 % des consommateurs ont contact\u00e9 un service client via un chatbot en 2021, soit deux fois plus qu\u2019en 2019 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, un canal cl\u00e9 de la relation client, les consommateurs seront de plus en plus mis en relation avec un voicebot. Cet agent conversationnel est capable de comprendre le langage oral et de traiter les demandes de mani\u00e8re plus fluide que les <a href=\"https:\/\/odigo.com\/fr-fr\/produits\/automatisation-intelligence-artificielle\/serveur-vocal-interactif\/\">serveurs vocaux interactifs (SVI)<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le recours accru aux canaux digitaux change les habitudes des consommateurs et les rend toujours plus autonomes. Le client sera d&rsquo;une part en mesure de r\u00e9pondre lui-m\u00eame \u00e0 ses besoins les plus simples au moment o\u00f9 il le souhaite.
