C\u2019est sur cette base que Generali Assurance a ouvert la voie \u00e0 la r\u00e9volution de sa relation client.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Car un collaborateur conna\u00eet non seulement les probl\u00e8mes des clients, il poss\u00e8de aussi les pistes pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes des clients plus facilement.<\/p>\n<p>Selon cette approche, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dirig\u00e9e par Florence Hesters a mis l\u2019accent sur l\u2019\u00e9coute des collaborateurs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sur une m\u00e9taphore de la R\u00e9volution fran\u00e7aise, elle \u00e9voque pour nous les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de cette R\/\u00e9volution de la relation client \u00e0 Generali.<\/p>\n<p>Une phase pr\u00e9liminaire associ\u00e9e aux \u00c9tats G\u00e9n\u00e9raux consiste \u00e0 compiler les probl\u00e8mes des collaborateurs relatifs aux griefs des clients. Les collaborateurs ont notamment \u00e9voqu\u00e9 qu\u2019ils recevaient trop d\u2019appels pour les effectifs des \u00e9quipes.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est lors de la seconde phase compar\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise de la Bastille que Florence Hesters a dot\u00e9 les collaborateurs d&rsquo;\u00ab armes \u00bb leur permettant de lister tous ces probl\u00e8mes. Pour ce faire, les collaborateurs ont utilis\u00e9 des post-its afin de r\u00e9pertorier et synth\u00e9tiser les probl\u00e8mes entre les diff\u00e9rents centres de service client Generali de France.<\/p>\n<p>Elle pr\u00e9cise d\u2019ailleurs que les probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s sont les m\u00eames dans les diff\u00e9rents services clients Generali de France.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Les succ\u00e8s et les d\u00e9faites de la r\u00e9volution de la relation client<\/h3>\n<p>En mettant en marche d\u2019une telle r\u00e9volution, Florence Hesters a d\u00fb mener quelques batailles se soldant par des victoires mais aussi des \u00e9checs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Elle \u00e9voque notamment le flop du projet de digitalisation des post-its vers une interface interactive sur smartphone. Celle-ci n\u2019a malheureusement pas su combler les attentes des clients.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, elle met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019intelligence artificielle dans les projets destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du service client. Aussi moderne soit-elle, cette technologie ne fonctionne pas correctement si elle n\u2019est pas int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente et simplifi\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En tirant les le\u00e7ons de ces exp\u00e9riences, on apprend que c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce notamment au fait de simplifier les choses qu\u2019elle a gagn\u00e9 l\u2019une de ses batailles.
