OUR VISION
Why join Odigo?
At Odigo, we believe that a fulfilling work environment is based on inclusion, talent development, mobility and an open corporate culture. We put in place concrete initiatives to enable everyone to flourish, evolve and contribute to meaningful projects.
An inclusive and caring company
Joining Odigo is the promise of being well-integrated, whatever your profile and background. In fact, 95% of our employees feel they are treated fairly, whatever their sexual orientation, ethnic origin, age or gender (Source: Great Place to Work survey November 2022). We share corporate objectives to foster inclusion and diversity, one of which is to promote the recruitment of women in our sector. In fact, by 2022, 45% of our hires will be women, an 11-point increase on 2021.
Training to support your development
We offer a wide range of training programs: a common base shared by all employees, Talent Development (Soft Skills, Odigo Leader Program for managers), technical expertise, certification training, and other diversified themes depending on your position and needs. You’ll benefit from a dedicated weekly time slot in your diary to develop your skills: Odigo Training Time.
Internal mobility and flexibility at work
Through our internal mobility site, you can seize opportunities in new teams, new entities or even new towns (four sites in France). We offer a flexible teleworking policy throughout France, for up to 14 days a month.
A culture of transparency and feedback
As a candidate, you’ll be supported throughout the process by the Talent Acquisition team, with clear communication at every stage. Whether the outcome is positive or not, each final interview is followed by a feedback session. On the employee side, every month we take the pulse of the teams through a survey which is then shared. You’ll also be invited to take part in the major rituals that mark the life of the company: annual kick-offs, monthly webcasts, Q&A sessions with the committee, with a policy of transparency and zero taboos.
Our CSR program
As a signatory of the United Nations Charter, we are very proud to have been awarded an Ecovadis Silver Medal, in recognition of our CSR approach.
We invite our employees to take part in a wide range of solidarity actions throughout the year, supporting various associations for their positive impact. For example, by becoming a Giver of Voice for people unable to read, supporting associations through mobility challenges and much more.
