Its activities are varied and consist of guiding citizens and promoting the digital transformation of the Community of Madrid. Madrid Digital’s services encompass ICT solutions strategy, services related to the user’s digital workstation environment, information systems, digital learning, ICT infrastructure and communications in centers, ICT security and multi-channel assistance and support.
