Upstream: the scoping workshop
A preparatory workshop is organized with the customer. It enables us to define requirements, understand the user context and identify the profiles to be trained (agents, supervisors, administrators, etc.).
During: contextualized training
Content is adapted to the customer’s language and use cases. Each session is led by an expert trainer who adapts his posture to the profiles present.
Afterwards: monitoring for continuous improvement
