After graduating from the École des hautes études en sciences de l’information et de la communication – Celsa, Flore Firino Martell entered the world of customer relations. A customer consultant at the start of her career with outsourcer Multilignes Conseil, she became General Manager and Vice-President (Teleperformance Group) until 2004. She then decided to strike out on her own, and founded Teleressources, a partner providing HR expertise to customer experience and relationship managers: operational consulting, training, recruitment and the provision of teams on a contract basis.
