A graduate of Sciences Po Rennes and En3s, Dounia El Guasmi has held a number of positions within the Social Security system, at both local and national level. She was Deputy Director of Marketing and Customer Relations at the Caisse Nationale de l’Assurance Maladie (CNAM). In 2018, she joined the Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Vieillesse (CNAV) as Director of HR Development and Transformation, the organization responsible for both coordinating the Retirement Insurance network and directly managing pensions in the Île-de-France region (3,600 employees for 2.7 million pensioners covered). Today, she is particularly involved in the development of HR services tailored to employee needs.
