Célia Staub

Since 2016, Célia has been in charge of customer experience at Kering. She has always worked with many professions: innovation, data, business intelligence and e-commerce to imagine and deliver the best possible experience. She is thus developing several projects, systematically putting innovation and technology at the service of advisors and customers with a single objective: to be where customers are, never to break off the conversation, to continue the experience beyond the stores and e-commerce sites.
