After spending some time in the world of the regional daily press, Nicolas embarked on a career in quality in the early 2000s. First at a functional rehabilitation center, then at a mutual health insurance company, he set himself the goal of establishing a sustainable and efficient quality approach. This mission has been pursued and expanded over the past 11 years at MAIF, with responsibility for operational excellence and member satisfaction for the entire group (claims, hot surveys, member trackers, insurance mediation, posture and emotion training, etc.).
